Jonathan is the founder and director of Embracing Life Ministries. Founded in 1985, ELM programs have expanded over the yers to address the needs of countless physical and emotional life-altering conditions: cancer, autoimmune, HIV/Aids, depression and anxiety to name a few.

Jonathan authored the fourteen-week Embracing Life Series guidebook, followed by Breaking Free…from the spirit of death and More Glory! God’s Healing Voice for Shame and Self-hatred. He has appeared in hundreds of features and interviews in both print and broadcast media and has been a guest teacher in universities, seminaries and churches sharing Embracing Life’s message of hope and healing throughout the world.

This More Life! Online Event will uncover the ways that the spirit of death has influenced our thoughts, choices and emotions.

At its core, this seminar is about hope and possibility. Through a combination of teaching, prayer and spiritual action, participants learn to partake of the fullness of life that is our inheritance in Jesus Christ.

Stories, Scripture and first-hand insight will equip and empower you to hope anew in the promise of abundant life as you break free of oppression, depression, hopelessness and feelings of worthlessness that keep you bound.

We will conclude with a powerful prayer severing ties with the spirit of death and welcoming in Christ’s abundant life in its place!

What people are saying about More Life!

I came to Embracing Life [Ministries] about four years ago, and I had not yet really fully experienced forgiveness from Jesus Christ...The feelings that I had were a lot of oppression, sadness, grief, a sense that I couldn’t make any mistakes, I had to be on a treadmill of being perfect...I separated myself more and more from people...by going to [More Life!] I started to embrace that there really was forgiveness of my sins. A sense of freedom from my guilt, a freedom from trying to work it out on my own flesh, trying to cover up, trying to pretend that it was okay and look okay...There’s a lot more freedom in understanding that Jesus Christ will never leave me nor forsake me and that he has come to give me life and that much more abundant, which is John 10:10...In Jeremiah 29:11, it says, “I know my plans for you, says the Lord, plans to ... For hope, plans to prosper you, to give you a future and a hope.” And that’s what I tell everybody about [More Life!]

Hi, I’m Gary. I have Parkinson’s. Embracing Life, to me, is a place of hope. With a debilitating degenerative disability, it’s easy to get going down a wrong train of thought, and Embracing Life helps me to have hope and not get stuck in depressing thought patterns. It is a good place because the other people kinda...lift myself out of...this shell that [I would be in].
We started attending Embracing Life for ourselves and for our own needs. One of the benefits of being in this ministry is that, as leaders, we continue to be realistic to ourselves.
So we invite you to join us at [More Life!]. This is a really good place to be.
